Since opening its doors in the summer of 2006, Table 50 has been a gathering place where exceptional food, warm hospitality, and genuine friendships come together. What began as a shared vision between two longtime restaurant professionals has become one of Roanoke’s favorite destinations for chef-inspired dining.
Table 50 was founded by Eric DiLauro and Mike Caudill, whose partnership was built on years of working together in the restaurant industry. Eric had previously opened Frankie Rowland’s in Roanoke, where he hired Mike as executive chef. After their time at Frankie Rowland’s, Eric and Mike decided it was time to create something that reflected their own philosophy, a restaurant centered on outstanding cuisine, welcoming service, and an atmosphere where every guest feels at home.

The restaurant's name carries a story of its own
“Table 50” was inspired by a favorite table at Frankie Rowland’s, a place where memorable conversations, celebrations, and lasting relationships took place. The name idea came from Eric’s wife, Whitney Hollingsworth, whose suggestion perfectly captured the spirit of the new restaurant. Today, the name continues to symbolize the belief that every table has the potential to create unforgettable memories.
For over two decades, Table 50 has remained committed to serving thoughtfully prepared dishes made with fresh ingredients, an extensive selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails, and hospitality that makes every guest feel like family.
